Une plante avec un bulbe. Il pousse de 40 à 60 cm de haut et de 10 à 15 cm de large. Les feuilles forment une forme d'éventail à partir de la base. Il y a 2 rangs de feuilles qui enveloppent la tige. Les feuilles mesurent entre 25 et 40 cm de long. Les fleurs ont 3 grands segments. Lorsqu'ils sont complètement ouverts, ils mesurent 10 cm de diamètre. Les couleurs vont du rouge, orange, jaune, blanc et violet. Il y a souvent des taches sur les segments intérieurs{{{0(+x) (traduction automatique).
